The small harbour of L'Anse-à-Beaufils is very popular as it offers facilities for fishermen and sailors. It is well protected and surrounded by many services and activities especially those at La Vieille Usine de l'Anse-à-Beaufils.
La Vieille Usine, once a fish processing plant, has now been turned into a cultural and tourist centre housing a variety of cultural activities. Visitors can enjoy an art gallery, a café-bistro and terrace, a summer theatre with many performances by both local and well-known artists, art classes for children and much more. In the same area there is a hiking trail along the river Anse-à-Beaufils.
